I am an aviation operations professional with a career built in Operations Control Centres, flight dispatch and flight planning. My work sits where safety, punctuality and economics meet: making the right call, often under time pressure, with the whole operation in view.
My approach is rooted in the human-factors culture of aviation. I believe communication, empathy and strong team building are what let a like-minded group reach the best decisions, ensuring safety and security, economic viability and punctuality in a cost-efficient way.
